- Description
- The Social Security Administration has a requirement for ROLLED PAPER - 50-inch diameter rolls of 11-inch wide paper, white form bond, perforated at eight and one-half (8 1/2) inch intervals to be used on an IBM 3900 printer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested at this time. A written solicitation will not be issued. The requirements (including packaging, delivery, and 1st Article approval), applicable terms and conditions, and representations and certifications to be completed by the offeror are contained in the RFQ (SSA-RFQ-03-0647) which is being issued concurrently with this announcement. This is a 100% small business set-aside, issued as Request for Quotation Number SSA-RFQ-03-0647. FAR 52.219-6 applies to this RFQ. Quotations submitted from other than small business sources will be rejected. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 322121. The terms and conditions include the following FAR clauses and provisions, as well as any addenda to these clauses: 52.212-1; 52.212-2; 52.212-3; 52.212-4; and 52.212-5. All responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due no later than 3 p.m., Tuesday, 19 August 2003.
