- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Antennas for Communications, on other than full and open competitive basis, a contract to upgrade and resurface/coat 106 exterior fiberglass panels each on two 35 foot AFC Radome antenna enclosures. Sole source is based on unique capabilities and equipment needed to complete the resurfacing process. See note(s) 22.
