- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Raytheon Naval and Maritime Systems, on other than full and open competitive basis, a contract to provide a report documenting the assessment of the functionality of NRL owned APS-137 WRA units and additional test equipment that are located at the Raytheon site in McKinney, TX.
