- Description
- FISC Norfolk Detachment Phila intends to solicit on a sole source commercial items basis per FAR part 12, pursuant to FAR part 6.302-1, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR part 13 with the MTA Bridge and Tunnel Authority of New York for 189 EZ passes to be used by the Navy Recruiting Command East Meadow NY for transit of the bridges and tunnels in the New York City Area. The period of performance for this sole source requirement will be from 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sept 04. The NACIS # is 926120 and note 22 will also apply to this acquisition effort. A copy of the RFQ will be posted upon its release on the NECO website @ www.neco.navy.mil.
