- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to procure Fleet Support Team (FST) Transition Support from the sole source of supply, Mantech Systems Engineering Corporation, to complete initial fleet introduction issues and the final transfer of OTPS products to the FST. The authority for this sole source action is FAR 6.302-1: only one responsible source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals must be received within 15 days of this notice. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
