- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to enter into Sole Source negotiations with Northrop Grumman to develop and integrate the hardware and software required to test the EA-6B ICAPIII weapon system which is currently under development by Northrop Grumman. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this test set under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, NY is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide this requirement. Firms that recognize and provide this hardware are encouraged to identify themselves. See Note 22.
