Description

HYDROLOGIC INSTRUMENTATION: The U. S. Geological Survey intends to issue an order under other than full and open competition to Yellow Springs Instruments 1725 Brannum Lane, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase the following items; Model 650 Display, Model 600R-25-C-T Sensor, Model 600XLM-O Connector and Probe kit. These items are being purchased to interchange with existing equipment. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See note 22.
