Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items FAR 12.6, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR13.106, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being made using simplified acquisition procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation ( RFQ), The government reserves the right to award to other than the offeror with the lowest price. The government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror who is the most advantageous to the government considering price and price related factors.
