- Description
- Grand Teton National Park has a requirement to construct two (2) duplex residences to be used for seasonal housing. One of the units is to be located at Moose and the second at Beaver Creek, five miles away. The units are approximately 1600 square feet each and may either be "stick built" or prefabricated. They are both fram construction on cement foundations. Consruction shall also include connection of electric, water, and sewer to utilities located in the general area. It is expected that award shall be made and construction to begin in the fall and be completed by June 1, 2004 in time for seasonal employee occupancy. Prospective bidders are encouraged to familiairize themselves with the prospects of completing construction in harsh environmental conditions in a high cost area. Procurement will include both a dis-advantaged small business and HUB Zone economic factor in the award. The contract is to be ?Best Value" with past perfformance and pricing to be key factors to be considered. Specifications will be posted approximately August 14 for review and response. The NAISC for this action is 233220 with the size standard at $27,500,000. Bids will be accepted from all Responsible Parties.
