- GovWorks on behalf of the Center for Army Analysis intends on awarding a sole source contract to Promodel Solutions for the below listed requirement. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. CAA is acquiring multiple Site Licenses for ProModel Professional Developer Simulation Software for theater-level simulation done by the US Army Center for Army Analysis. ProModel has been selected because it is the only simulation software that provides rapid path network development to geospecific data and cartographer generated maps. When used in conjunction with the optimization suite "SimRunner", ProModel will allow for the creation of rapid "what if" scenario development and evaluation of measures of effectiveness response surface space.
