- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Denver, Colorado, is requesting proposals from experienced contractors to furnish all necessary design services, materials, services, materials and equipment to design and build a new 1230 square foot wood framed addition and renovation of an existing wood framed headquarters building. Project work includes, but not limited to, all associated work for interior and exterior finishing, roofing, concrete foundation, pluming, heating, air conditioning, lighting and electrical, plumbing and utility work. The project is located at the Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 7 miles east of Malta, Phillips County, Montana. All essential requirements of the project are outlined in the solicitation. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The total performance period is two hundred seventy (270) calendar days, including design phase. This acquisition is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business concerns under NAICS Code 2362220. The solicitation package is anticipated to be posted to the National Business Center website http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 13, 2003. Proposal evaluations will be on best value/technical, past performance and price. Copies of this Request for Proposals and attachments can be obtained at the above listed website.
