- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Denver, Colorado, is requesting proposals from experienced contractors to furnish all necessary materials, services, materials and equipment to construct on-site, or furnish, transport, assemble, erect and secure on the project site a prefabricated residence, complete with two car attached garage, full cast-in-place concrete basement, screened porch and wood deck. Project work includes, but not limited to, all associated work for construction of septic system, water well and utility services. The project is located at the John W and Louise Seier National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 4 miles west of Rose, Rock County, Nebraska. All essential requirements of the project are outlined in the solicitation. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The total performance period is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. This acquisition is issued as a TOTAL HUBZONE SET ASIDE and is open to SBA HUBZone Certified contractors only under NAICS Code 236115. The solicitation package is anticipated to be posted to the National Business Center website http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 13, 2003. Proposal evaluations will be on best value/technical, past performance and price. Copies of this Request for Proposals and attachments can be obtained at the above listed website.
