- Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, and other incidentals, work includes but is not limited to Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) WYOMING STATEWIDE: Reconstruct, construct, repair and maintain various fences throughout the state of Wyoming. Refer to the electronic specifications for all line item requirements. Location: Through out the state of Wyoming. The actual work locations are shown on the individual delivery orders. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% emerging small business set-aside. A performance period for the IDIQ Contract will be for 365 days, plus three option periods. There is no minimum guarantee of work under this contract. It has been determined that it's in the Government's best interest to have multiple awards. We are anticipating up to five awards based on price and past-performance. Estimated start date on or about 1 October 2003. Solicitation to be issued the week of 18-22 August, 2003. Payment protection is required after award for projects over $25,000.00, in the amount of 100% of quote. No site visit for this project, but for the delivery orders if requested.
