Description

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform all operations necessary to perform maintenance of Energy Management Computer System (EMCS) located in Bldg 370 and Hanger 1 at Bolling Air Force Base Washington, D.C., in accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Contractor shall provide the necessary services to include complete cleanup of the work area, leaving no debris or equipment. The contractor shall perform the following services in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) safety guidelines. All work will be performed on Bolling AFB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811212 and the corrosponding SIC Code is 7378 with the size standard being $21.0 Million. Basic performance period is 01 Oct 2003 through 30 Sep 2004. This solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 25 July 2003: http://www.eps.gov . This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Contractor must CCR register by the proposal due date in order to be considered for award. Registration can be obtained at the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
