Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This purchase request (PR) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ under the following PR/solicitation number: F2025032110800- This is an UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT. Prices and conditions quoted must be valid through 30 Sep 03. . (iii) This PR and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-05. (iv) This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS is 335212), and the small business size standard is (500 employees). (v) This RFQ/RFP contains two line item(s): 0001 Hushkit Passive Earcup Noise Attenuation Kit Part No. 92050 NSN- 8475-01-387-8822 for SPH-4, SPH-4B, SPH-5 or HGU (Sonex) Helmets OR EQUAL. QTY 430 EA ; 0002 Mic Muff Microphone Cover for Military Dynamic (M-87) mic P/N 900200 NSN 5965-01-387-8700 OR EQUAL. QTY 430 EA Ship to: 446 OG/OGV, Building 1216, McChord AFB, WA 98438 (vi) Items to be acquired Hushkits and Microphone Covers. (vii) The performance period will be delivery not later than 30 days after award.) Delivery location/Place of performance is See Shipping instructions). Acceptance will be performed by the Government. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda: (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors: Price and technical capability. Price and Technical Capability are of approximately equal importance. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 , Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Alt I) (See attached) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4 , Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 252.204-7004 ?
