- General Information Document Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: F02601-03-R-0013 Posted Date: August 8, 2003 Response Date: August 21, 2003 Category: J?Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment (PROCUREMENTS) Contracting Office Address United States Air Force, Air Combat Command, 355 CONS, 3180 S Craycroft Rd, Davis-Monthan AFB AZ 85707-3522 Description Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to comply with the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). Work is described as performing scheduled preventive maintenance inspection, annual load testing of equipment pieces, magnetic particle inspection of all hooks. Contractor shall include all replacement costs for lubricants, oils, graphite, spray, and grease, as well as minor replacement parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, sealant, and cotter pins required during inspections, maintenance and unscheduled repairs.and responding to service calls for all equipment covered in the SOW. Anticipated period of performance will be October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004, with four (4) one-year option periods. Access to restricted areas will be required. Anticipated issue date for this Request for Proposal is on or about August 13, 2003. It will be available only via the Electronic Procurement System (www.fedbizopps.gov). Anticipated receipt date for proposals is 21 August, 2003. A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for 19 Aug 2003 at 0900 hours. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business firms. The applicable NAICS Code for this solicitation is 811310 and the corresponding size standard for SIC 7699 is $6 million. No paper copies will be furnished.
