- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for twelv= e (12) each EGPWS computers and modules. The North American Industry Class= ification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The only known source for this equipment is Honeywell ATS, 15001 NE 36th St= reet, Redmond, WA 98073, formerly Allied Signal. Other concerns having the= ability to furnish the above equipment are requested to give written notif= ication (including the name and telephone number of a point of contact) to = the procuring office listed in this notice, with reference made to market s= urvey file #AMQ-310-25-0320309, no later than 4:00 p.m. local time August 1= 1, 2003. Responses should provide information regarding the ability of you= r concern to satisfy the Government=E2=80=99s requirement. All responses t= o this market survey will be considered prior to further acquisition action= by the Government. Any information received as a result of this announcem= ent will not be provided to other contractors and will normally be consider= ed solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive p= rocurement. The final determination by the Government not to open this req= uirement to competition, based on any information provided in response to t= his announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
