Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Base yr 105 ea, 150 DARO or best delivery available, FOB Destination. Option yrs 1-4, 40 ea, 150 DARO or best delivery available, FOB Destination. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 5 years. Other than full and open. Only one source, intended source Breeze Eastern. Notes 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will result in an award as an indefinite quantity contract.
