Quantity (including option quantity) 41 (See solicitation for option quantity ranges). Unit of Issue: each. Destination Information: destination (I&A at origin). Delivery Schedule: 162 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 9, 12, and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 25 Aug 03. Proposed procurement contains a 125% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
