Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to award on a sole source basis to Marotta Scientific Controls of Montville, NJ a firm fixed price contract for sixteen (16) manifold assemblies. Marotta Scientific Controls is the only known source that has passed the required qualification testing and has the majority of the major components of the assemblies in use on other systems. This is a follow-on procurement, previous contracts N66604-00-M-4767 and N66604-97-C-2451 were placed as sole source to Marotta Scientific Controls. Delivery will begin in December 2003. NAICS: 332999, Standard Size is 500 people. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Instead, they may be accessed at our web site http://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/. We also provide electronic access in our Bid Room.
