- This is a modification to add the following information. The majority of the Supply Annex is being removed from the Guam BOS solicitation. The portions remaining will be Personal Property Office (PPO)/Household Goods (HHG) and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS). The PWS will be revised accordingly in the RFP.
