- Description
- The purpose of this sole source procurement is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract in which the contractor shall perform repair/refurbishment for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Organizational & Intermediate (O & I) level support equipment and Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) equipment at various locations in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The resulting contract will have a basic period of one year and two annual option periods which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. In order to ensure no break in service, contractor must have personnel currently in place. Also, Host Nation Approval must be obtained by any contractor prior to commencing work in KSA. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation and acquisition.
