- VISN 3 intends to award one or multiple firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts to provide Skilled and Post Acute Homecare Services to DVA beneficiaries of the nine VA Medical Facilities that form VISN 3. This procurement is unrestricted and thus open to large and small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 621610 with size standard $11.5 million. The solicitation will be available o/a 8/11/03 with proposals due 9/11/03. Contract period 10/1/03 thru 9/30/04 with a Government option to extend the term for 4 additional 1- year option periods.
