- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. F33601-03-T-0197 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The associated NAIC Code is 518210 - $21.0. This RFQ has 5 Line Items. See Schedule attached. All work to be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Department of Labor Wage Determination is also attached. A Labor Hour Contract is anticipated with Fixed Labor Rates and Estimated Hours. Contractor will bill for actual hours worked per month. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Period of Performance is 1 Oct 2003 through 30 Sep 2004 (with 4 one-year option periods) FOB POINT IS DESTINATION (Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433). All work will be performed at Wright-Patterson AFB. Ohio. Net 30 Payment Terms. Government Contract Financing will not be provided for this acquisition. Destination. Copies of all provision and clauses, including the Representations and Certifications, are available at http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil. Evaluation will be based on overall best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are technical acceptability, past performance and price, in that order. All offerors shall return a copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Each contractor shall submit a list of 3 companies, name, address, point of contact and telephone number (preferable Government contracts) so that past performance evaluation can be performed. The Government will make an award from this RFQ to the responsible quoter whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right not to make an award at all. All interested, responsible Small Business Sources are required to submit their quotes by 4:00 p.m. EDT on 20 Aug 2003.
