Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Demolition, masonry, millwork, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, finish hardware, acoustical ceiling, ceramic tile, sound soak wall panels, carpet, VCT, painting, gypsum board partitions, painting, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, sprinkler system, fire alarm, asbestos abatement, utilities, plumbing,, HVAC, electrical, and other incidental works as necessary to make the facility operational. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,00 and $5,000,000. Title is changed to "Repair FTD Facility, Phase 2 and Phase 3, Bldg. 90331." This solicitation will be available only via the internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov To get the solicitation go to the EPS web site, EPS for vendors USAF - Offices, Air Force Special Operations Command - Locations, 16th Contracting.
