- NA This is Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation No. DTRS57-03-R-20009 titled Architectural and Engineering Support for DOT and Other Agencies for the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center. The presolicitation notice was published on December 5, 2002. This presolicitation notice is amended as follows: Those firms which meet the requirements described in the notice and wish to be considered must submit six copies each of SF254 and SF255 for the firm and SF254 for each consultant listed in block 6 of the firms’ SF255 to Diane McKenzie, DTS-852, 55 Broadway, Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA 02142. The time for receipt of SF254s and SF255s remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-DEC-2002).
