- Description
- The Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Hotel Sarunas at Raitiniku 4 LT-2051 Vilnius, Lithuanian to provide for hotel accommodations up to 43 rooms for delegates attending the Issuer Disclosure and Corporate Governance Training Program (IDCG). The location of the hotel is located at the conference facilities provided by the Lithuanian Securities and Exchange Commission, The hotel offers western style rooms and amenities, and the rooms are appropriate for senior level government officials. The Hotel Sarunas provides rooms at or below the approved US government rate. The SEC will conduct, in cooperation with the Lithuanian Securities and Exchange Commission and East -West Management, Inc., the 2002 NIS/CEE IDCG training program from September 9-13, 2002 in Vilnius, Lithuania. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
