- Description
- The Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to World Learning Inc. to provide comprehensive travel and logistical support to include obtaining visas, providing per diem and purchasing tickets for foreign delegates attending SEC's International Institute. IntWorld Learning is the only provider of comprehensive travel services that is a USAID approved contractor for the delegates from Central and Eastern Europe countries. World Learning is USAID?s only designated in-country service provider for these Central and Eastern European countries. No other organization has been granted the authority by USAID to process the J-1 visas (required for these visitors) and to administer the language and medical tests required by USAID for CEE countries Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is vailable for this acquisition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-APR-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 06-AUG-2003.
