- Description
- The SEC requires Hotel rooms for senior level staff from foreign securities regulatory authorities participating in the SEC?s 2002 International Institute for Securities Market Development Program (IISMD). A minimum of 25 rooms will be required, the rooms must be provided at or below the US government hotel rate for the Washington, DC area. The delegates will arrive on April 21, 2001 and depart on May 4 or 5, 2001. Only lodging will be paid through this contract, any other expenses, such as telephone, room service and fax is the responsibility of the individual participants. The rooms must include full kitchen facilities due to the extended nature of the delegates? stay, and the delegates? need to keep their daily expenditures within the per diem amount provided to them. Evaluation Criteria Award will be made on a best value basis to that offeror whose proposal is determined to be technically acceptable and determined by the government to be the most advantageous offer in accordance with the evaluation cri NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-MAR-2002).
