- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for technical services in support of NIST ATP grogram. NIST seeks to measure the economic impact of ATP's funding of high-risk, enabling technologies and also to increase understanding of economic relationships underlying technological change and economic growth. Offerors will be required to deliver a specific description and work plan for including 1: a multi-media web/CD product that provides useful educational information to technology entrepreneurs, 2: for Networking web/CD product, 3: for an Educational workshop on entrepreneurship, and 4: for an Educational workshop on innovation issues. This requirement is 100% small business setaside. The standard classification NAICS code is 541613, size standard $6.0. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be available in the solicitation package. The period of performance will be twelve (12) months from the date of contract award, with the option to extend for four (4) 12-month periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments and all questions and answers relating to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at http://www.fedbizops.gov. The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about July 16, 2003 and will only be available on FEDBIZOPS at the above website. Potential offers are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. There is no written solicitation document available, telephone requests will not be honored and no bidder lists will be maintained. Potential offerors are required to direct all questions via email to sharon.smith@nist.gov.
