- Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, SIC code 7349, NAICS code 561720 The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide kitchen exhaust cleaning services at Barksdale AFB LA. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for very small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA Small-Business Administration District. Definition: In accordance with FAR Part 19.904, offeror may not have more than 15 employees and may not have average annual receipts that exceed $1 Million. Offerors must identify themselves as being a very small business. If there is no offer received from a very small business concern, this acquisition will then be 100% set aside for a small business concern. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, this acquisition for small business set aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set aside is dissolved for (1) 100% small business consideration or (2) Full and open competition important notice: You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the (CCR) Central Contractor Registration Database: Reference DFARS 252.204-70004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
