We anticipate a total of 240 participants with 190 requiring overnight accommodations. Sites must be at least 50 miles outside the Bethesda/Rockville area. Meeting space requirements include a main hall with seating for 250, and four break out rooms with classroom style seating for 50 people each. Section 12101 et seq. (ADA). The NAICS code for this action is 721110, Accommodations, with a small business size standard of $6 Million. This procurement is unrestricted, allowing both large and small businesses to submit proposals.
