Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Tactical and Survival Specialties Inc. 3900 Eary Road P.O. Box 1890 Harrisonburg VA 22801-9500 to purchase the following items. Two Hundred (200) Each Of Simunition Conversion Kits Part No. 102-5305655 Colt M4A1 ? Flat Top with 14.5 inch Barrel. Delivery to be 150 Days After Receipt of Order. Interested parties may identify interest and capability by submitting technical and pricing data within 15 days of publication of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publicaiton of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
