- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled ION BEAM SPUTTER/ETCHING SYSTEM which was posted on July 23, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: See QUESTION SET ONE for a response to questions about this procurement which were submitted by an interested party. The due date for responses is extended to August 12, 2003.
