- Description
- The United States Government seeks sources for leased office and related space. Project # 3AZ0088 Location: Tucson, Arizona within the following delineated area: North - W. St. Mary?s Road and E. 6th St. South ? W. Mission Lane and W. Simpson St. and E. 15th St. East - N. 4th Ave. and S. 4th Ave. West - N. Grande Ave. and S. Mission Rd. The General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 4,341 rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield 3,775 to 3,964 BOMA Office square feet of contiguous space, together with 12 structured/reserved parking spaces, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Space shall have the potential for expansion of an additional contiguous 1,500 Boma Office square feet during the first 18 months of occupancy. In addition, the space shall have a second private entrance, accessible to the street, to be used exclusively by the Government tenant. Lease Term: 10 years firm Tenant: Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General Occupancy desired February 1, 2004 Expressions of interest should include all the following: Building name and address Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet Common Area Factor for available space All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
