Description
The Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Barstow, CA, Contracting and Purchasing Division, request bids (on all or none) from responsible sources to provide the minimum requirements. CAD and RMS Servers Rack Mount Server (2 each ) (4) 18gig 15k HS Hard Drives 2-RAID-1 Media Bay 2-RAID-1 Disk Bay 1 (4) 36gig 15k HS Hard Drives 4-RAID 1+0 DATA Disk Bay 2 Processor Kit Spare Power/Fan Kit DDR 2.0gig Memory Kits 2x1 Media Drive Kit Smart Array 5312 w/256mb cache module Smart Array 532 Microsoft Server 2000 Microsoft SQL 7.0 Service Pack, 24 x 7 x 4hr 3 year on-site INFORM and Mobile Switch Servers Rack Mount Server ( 2 each) (2) 18gig 15k HS Hard Drives 2-RAID-1 Disk Bay 1 Processor Kit Spare Power/Fan Kit DDR 1.0gig Memory Kits Smart Array 532 Microsoft Server 2000 Service Pack, 24 x 7 x 4h 3 year on-site This is an unrestricted combine d solicitation/synopsis for commercial items, prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for interested parties and a written solicitation will not be issued. Delivery and installation must be completed within 14 days of award, followed immediately by necessary training. The system components must be compact, to fit into a small area. A site visit might be needed. Express of Interest (EOI) may submit via facsimile to the Attn: David Reeves at (760) 577-6174). The facsimile must clearly identify this notice and the name of the contracting officer on the first page. Submitters bear the burden to ensure that the EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on tine and should allow a reasonable time for facsimile transmissions to be completed. All pa ges of the transmission must reach this office before the deadline specified, and pages of a facsimile transmission that arrive in the office after the specified deadline will not be considered. The submitter bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile transmissions and should confirm by telephone that any facsimile was received (760) 577-6768). All responses must be in this office by closed of business (1600 hours PST), 22 August 2003. All responsible sources will be considered. EOIs sent via U.S. Postal Express or hand carried must be delivered between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm EST to: Commanding Officer Marine Corps Logistics Base Warehouse 8, Door 14A Barstow, CA 92311.
