Description
The Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Barstow, CA, Contracting and Purchasing Division, requests bids (on all or none basis) from responsible sources to provide the following: Computer Aided Dispatch Systems, Mobile and CAD Client. Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) to be used to Dispatch and Track Emergency Apparatus and Equipment. The System must be compatible with and provide an interface with ZETRON SYSTEMS and related hardware/software. The system must be capable to receive E-911, premise information from local telephone providers. The system must be FCC PHASE II COMPLIANT. The system must be able to access local State and Federal Law Enforcement Criminal Data Bases (CLETS, NCIC) through CAD and Mobile Units. The system must be a fully redundant CAD System. The system must have the ability to access CAD and Mobile Data from A WEB Browser and limit access to viewers. CAD must provide the ability to suggest an apparatus as an alternative type based on any depletion of available resources. The system must provide two CAD client workstation hardware. The system parts must have a three year warranty on all parts and labor The contractor must provide ten (10) Mobile Licenses. The contractor must do all installation of all CAD and mobile software, WEB Based Query Tool Software, and client workstations hardware. The contractor must provide training on CAD and mobile software. This is an unrestricted combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items, prepared IAW the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for interested parties and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties must request a Statement of Work by close of business (1600 hours PST), 22 August 2003. All responsible sources will be considered. Expression of Interest (EOIs) may be submitted via facsimile to the Attn: David Reeves at (760) 577-6174. The facsimile must clearly identify this notice and the name of the contracting officer on the first page. Submitters bear the burden to ensure that the EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on time and should allow a reasonable time for facsimile transmissions to be completed. All pages of the transmission must reach this office before the deadline specified and pages of a facsimile transmission that arrive in the office after the specified deadline will not be considered. The submitter bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile transmissions and should confirm e-mail.
