- Description
- 19--RAV-Perform Miscellaneous Topside Repairs on SKIMMER #1(28NS9503)& SKIMMER #2 (28NS9504). Contractor must be a Small Business and have a Master Shop Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), U.S. Navy and a SUPSHIP approved QA System. Non-Hawaii contractors should include a remote-site plan with the offer. Non-U.S. Citizens will not be allowed access to Pearl Harbor. Contact the contract specialist for further info.
