- Description
- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport in support of Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport, Hawthorne Division, Hawthorne, NV Battery Reclamation Facility will require Environmental Support Services. Environmental Services will include audits of current conditions at the Battery Reclamation relating to the Navy health and safety programs; Scientific and Engineering Support including an update of engineering reports and documents; Strategic Planning Support to best utilize the capabilities of the detachment; and provide support for regulator compliance to include environmental and health and safety as necessary for required Nevada State and U.S. Army liaison interface. Services to be performed in accordance with statement of work that will be provided in the solicitation document. It is anticipated that a Time and Material contract will be issued with a period of perfor mance of one year, to include two one year options. When issued, the RFP will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 21 Aug 03. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered note 26 applies.
