- NA The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to award a purchase order to Crossbow Technology, 41 Dagget Drive, San Jose, CA 95134-2109 on a sole-source basis for four (4) each AHRS400CC-100 Attitude and Heading Reference Systems (AHRS). Each system must be capable of: (1) Roll accuracy, static: <?0.5?; dynamic: 2? RMS; range: ?180?, (2) Pitch accuracy, static: <?0.5?; dynamic: 2? RMS; range: ?90?, (3) Heading accuracy, static: <?1.5?; dynamic: 3? RMS; range: ?180?, (4) Angular rate (roll, pitch, yaw) bias: <?0.05?/sec; range: ?100?/sec; bandwidth: >25 Hz, (5) Acceleration (X/Y/Z) bias: <10 mG; range: ?2 G; bandwidth: >10 Hz, (6) Weight: 2 lb or less; Power consumption: 4 watts or less. In addition, the AHRS must provide measurements in digital RS-232 format at a rate of 50 Hz or higher. The AHRS400CC-100 is the only known commercial off-the-shelf system that meets the requirements described above. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, 6703 W. Highway 98, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 334511 applies. SBA Size Standard is 750 employees. FSC is 6605.
