- NA The Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Alabama Fluid System Technologies (AFST) for the procurement of 50 spring kits, 40 shutoff valves, 100 MS bulk union SAE, 40 male elbows, 300 positionable elbows, 200 tee-tubes, 200 closed couplings, 30 relief valves, and 60 check valves. The items being procurement are various components of the Air Booster Pump Assembly (ABPA) and the High Pressure Filter Assembly (HPFA). This action is not suitable for full and open competition because only the AFST parts have been successfully tested and qualified by the NAVSEA Diving Certification Authority under SS521-AA-MAN-010 U.S. Navy Diving and Manned Hyperbaric Certification Manual.
