- Description
- The U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Servie, Region 1, Contracting & General Services, intends to award a follow-on contract to Oregon State University, to provide a final report for the 2003 and 2004 state of Oregon Bald Eagle Productivity Survey, including bald eagle nest location and history of use, new nest sites found, summaries of nest activity & productivity by geographic area, summary of productivity by Recovery Zone, ownership of nests in Oregon, and the number of nests surveyed and occupied. This vendor has been maintaining this type of data since the 1970s; in order to maintain the uniformity of information and completeness of the report, this is deemed to be a single source, follow-on procurement. This proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. See numbered note 22.
