- NA 68--The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is soliciting to have supplied and delivered Polyaluminum Chloride on an as needed basis in accordance with the specifications to the Washington Aqueduct Division Dalecarlia and McMillan Water Treatm ent Plants, 5900 MacArthur Blvd., N.W. Washington, D.C. 20016-2514. This requirement is Unrestricted.
