- Description
- The US Army TACOM-ARDEC is requiring a TG-IR I/F Kit that will connect a PerkinElmer Spectrum One Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) to a PerkinElmer Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA) and to include the AD6 Autobalance. Since these are upgrades to the PerkinElmer Spectrum One FTIR and PerkinElmer Pyris 1 TGA, which are located at ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with PerkinElmer LAS, Inc., Shelton, Connecticut. This contract action is based on the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
