- This is to notify the intent to award a sole source of Orthner and Associates to Plan, prepare, and conduct four-day Community Capacity Building Summary Training and documentation for Family Matters staff, and base level Family Support Center (FSC) Flight Chiefs. The training will be coordinated with Command leadership and base personnel to include approximately 3 days of FSC flight chief training. The training seminar will address strategies and best practices for building community capacity in Air Force communities. The training seminar will be designed to be highly interactive using a combination of large and small group formats. A key training objective will be to implement community capacity building through the implementation of the Work Life Consultant Model directed by Air Staff. All training will take place on- base and the government will provide the training facility. Period of Performance: 9 September 2003-12 September 2003. Any responsible companies may submit information to the POC listed- This is not a request for quote, bid, or proposal.
