- Description
- Synopsis is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Country Standard Technical Order (CSTO) Revision/update services for the Egyptian Air Force applicable to the C-130 aircraft. Solicitation to Lockheed Martin Aeronautic Co (Cage code 98897), 86 S Cobb Dr. Marietta GA 30063. It is anticipated that an award will be made 30 September 2003. Delivery schedule is 12 months for the basic with four (4) one year options. Justification authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plan, or drawings relating to this procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contact award or payment from any DOD activity.
