- NA This combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to include the following question and answer to that question: Question - The RFQ reads 20ft full access (sides and ends opening), are openings required on all four (4) sides? or one side and one end etc. Answer - Access openings are not necessarily required on all four sides. One side and one end opening 20ft containers will be acceptable and one side and two end openings 20ft containers will be acceptable too. If we accept these limited access containers, I will need to purchase ten. The Army does not want us to field two different types of containers. So the solicitation will be updated as follows: 1. Volpe Center will purchase 7 full access 20ft ISO containers. OR 2. Volpe Center will purchase 10 Limited Access container (one sid e and either one or two side access 20ft ISO containers).
