- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment services (TDAT) for male and female Federal offenders (inmates) who are confined in community-based programs/home confinement by Drug Addictions Services of Hawaii (DASH) in Honolulu, Hawaii. An estimated 32 inmates will require services. The period of performance will be October 1, 2003 thru September 30, 2004. Counseling services will include Intake Assessment Report, Individual Counseling and Group Counseling. Services include (1) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); 32 Individual Counseling Sessions (half hour session per inmate) 12 Individual Units x 32 inmates = 384 total units; 24 Group Counseling Sessions (half hour session per inmate) 24 Group Units x 32 = 768 total units. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled ?Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT)?, dated November 16, 1999. The estimated RFQ 200-004-4 will be issued o/a August 6, 2003. The estimated closing date is o/a September 8, 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this Agency.
