- The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure multi-family construction inspection services for a property located in Pittsburgh, PA; performance will commence approximately October 1, 2003. The NAICS code is 541990. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be made available on or after August 15, 2003; all interested parties should submit a written request for the RFQ to the above address or a facsimile request to (215) 656-3453, attn: Shelli Porter. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
