- Description
- The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Kent Norman of Silver Spring, Maryland to provide usability advice and guidance to the Bureau of the Census IVR and web design teams to (1) ensure requirements are completed from a usability perspective, (2) assist the BOC with the formal usability testing, and (3) participate in the preparation of usability testing reports. Period of performance will be through June 30, 2004. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be issued.
